This function allows you to:
- Accurate query based on user ID, mobile phone number, email address, leverage account, and risk rate.
- Statistical data will showcase user's borrowing, repayment, repaid interest, actual interest, risk rate, and closing price according to the users' account.
- It also supports query of the three stages of the risk rate: 1. No risk 2. High risk 3. Closed positions
