This module records the external wallet address recharge record to the exchange user's wallet address. It is the transaction wallet service that regularly pull out the user's topup record on the chain.

Instructions:
- Query area: support to filter topup top-up data by currency, user information (ID, email or mobile phone), topup top-up status, TxidTXID, and time period.
- In the data list, click the user ID to jump to the user details to view the detailed data; click TXID or the account address to jump to the blockchain browser to query the on-chain processing details of the asset.
- The recharge record will be arranged in reverse order of topup top-up time, and the most recent topup top-up data record will be displayed first.
- The data in the list supports data export according to the filtering conditions.
