Default Appearance

Allows you to choose the default Exchange background colour theme.
(currently only supports PC)


Deposit & Withdrawal

Control whether the Exchange sends notification for Deposit and Withdrawals.
You can also set the conditions, eg. only send notification when the trasaction volume is greater than a certain figure.


Logos

Please upload according to the reccomended size, the system only supports exact size.

(images that are larger or smaller by 1 pixel cannot be uploaded successfully)


Google Authenticator (GA)

Signature Name refers to the brand name that is visible on your user's GA when they bind with your Exchange as  a 2FA option.


SMS/ Email Signature

Signature Name refers to the brand name that is visible to your user when they receive a SMS or Email from you.


Registration Method Configuration

Allows you to enable or disable registartion method for the various languages.


Login & Register

Allows you to control the visibility of certain functions.


PC Default Language

The default language when a user visits your exchange

App Default Language

The default language when a user opens your App

Color of Change

The colour of the K Line, which you may adjust for a brighter or darker hue.


K Line Setting

The K Line Scale allows you to control the option your users can choose from the Exchange


Fiat Currency Accuracy Setting
Allows you to configure the number of decimal points supported for the respective currency


API Doc - Jump Link Configuration
The system has a set of Open API which you and your users could use.

In the event where you have arranged a set of API, select the second option and key in the respective API url.

Once saved, the system will showcase the selected API choice on the footer as well as on the User Profile.


PC Customer-Service Plug-in
This is where you can configure live chat plugins.

We recommend you using Zendesk | https://www.zendesk.com/

Step 1: Locate PC Customer-Service Plugin, select 'modify'

Public Management > Site Configuration > Public Configuration


Step 2: Paste the script-code and select 'Save'

This code can be retrieved from your 3rd Party live support chat backend system


Once saved successfully, you will see a blue pop-up

Step 3: Click on the 'Update button'

The set up has been completed. Kindly check your exchange to ensure that the live chat has been installed.

Possible problems that may occur: The code is right but I am not able to see the live-chat on my exchange.

  • I have checked and confirm that my settings from the service provider is correct

    • Enabled offline enquiry or has at least 1 support staff online

    • The domain I am currently using is in the allow list
