Chainalysis - KYT Solution that certain merchants may opt to purchase as an add-on service / solution
KYT, or know-your-transaction, is the process of collecting data on transactions processed by financial firms. It evaluates whether the transaction is legal and not linked to financial crimes, money laundering, or terrorism financing. Most of the popular tokens are already in the Chainalysis System. There are cases where merchants list their own tokens / new tokens in the Exchange. As a result, these 'new' tokens will not be in the Chainalysis System.
In the event where your transaction is not showing up in Chainalysis, please fill up the following form and send it to the Project Managers.

Please note that historical transactions will not be affected.
Transactions will only be reflected in Chainalysis when it is supported. You are advised to trade the specific token again to test after the project managers has done the necessary configuration to support the respective token in Chainalysis.
