Step 1: Locate the website configuration, select the configuration 'in Service'

Public Management > Site Configuration > Brand Configuration




Step 2: Locate Custom Bottom Content, paste the script-code and select 'Save'
Leave a line after your existing code (if any), paste your Google Analytics tracking code and save.

The Google Analytics tracking code can be located in your Google dashboard here:




Once saved successfully, you will see a blue pop-up

Step 3: Click on the 'Update button'

Once update is complete, you will see a blue pop-up

The set up has been completed.
Kindly visit your own Exchange site and check your Google Analytics dashboard to ensure that the tracking code has been installed . You should see active users on your site (including yourself).

Possible problems that may occur: The code is right but I am still not seeing any data on my Google Analytics.
