  3. 如果参数都正确的话，我们的技术部会需要三个工作日来添加币种

    1. If the information provided is correct and filled according to requirements, our technical team would require 3 working days to add the tokens

  4. 在我们正常工作小时（星期一至星期五，早上9点至傍晚6点（GMT+8））之外，您们也可以联系我们的客服，他们会帮助您们申请币种

    1. Outside of our normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (GMT +8)), you can also contact our customer support, they will assist you in the addition of tokens

  1. 可以在线客服获取上币表

    1. Can retrieve the template from our online customer support

  2. 填写完表格之后，可以发给在线客服

    1. After filling up the template, do send it over to our online customer support

  3. 如果参数都正确的话，客服会需要一个工作日来完成上币

    1. If the information provided is correct and filled according to requirements, our customer support would require 1 working day to add the tokens

  4. 客服上完了币后，还需要在您们的后台那里添加

    1. After our customer support has finished adding the tokens, we would still require you to add the tokens manually at your backend

  5. 如果在您们在后台添加不了，可以让我们知道，我们会帮您处理

    1. If you are unable to add the tokens manually at your backend, do let us know and we will help you with it
