Function 1: Unlock tokens for users
There are two ways to unlock tokens, by transaction or unlock directly. Please refer to the following section for more details:
Unlock method 1: By transaction
Step 1: Click on 'Value-added service' - 'Lockup Token Management' - 'lock trade'
Step 2: Click '+Add task'.
Step 3: Key in the details.
Step 4: Click 'Store'.
Unlock method 2: Unlock directly.
Step 1: Click on 'Value-added service' - 'Lockup Token Management' - 'Unlocking Task Mgt'.
Step 2: Click 'Add Unlock Task'
If you want to unlock immediately:
Step 3: Click 'Unlock Promptly'
Step 4: Click 'Download Template' and fill in the details (Must fill in UID/Handphone or Email and the amount of tokens you want to unlock)
Step 5: Click 'Select File' to upload the filled excel sheet.
Step 6: Click 'Unlock Promptly'
If you would like to set a timing for unlock of the tokens:
Step 3: Click 'Timing Unlock'.
Step 4：Key in the token you want to unlock, UID, and unlock amount. If you want to unlock token on a regular basis, you can select the unlock frequency, unlocking amount per time and total unlocking times.
Step 5: Click 'Create task'.
Function 2: Lockup any balance in the user's account
Step 1: Click 'Value-added service' - 'Lockup Token Mgt' - 'Lockups Balance'
Step 2: Click 'Lockup the balance of New users'
Step 3: Click 'Download Template' and fill in the information (UID/Handphone/Email and number of tokens you want to lock) in the template.
Step 4: Click 'Select file' to upload the filled template.
Step 5: Click 'Confirm'.
