  Eg. Platform pricing unit change from CNY to USDT
• New Tokens
  Eg. Addition of MAGIC trading
• New Fiat Currency
  Eg. BRL Supporting Brazilian Real
• Delisting, Suspension and Commence of Token
  Eg.  Delisting BHD/USDT, Suspension of ALGO node, Resume DET withdrawal and deposit
• Changes to the Backend System, Frontend System
