The order management module mainly manages users' orders for OTC transactions. The relationship between OTC ads and orders is a one-to-many relationship. An OTC ad may correspond to multiple orders. In addition to order information, you can view the order management chat record.

Instruction:

• Search function: support querying OTC orders by OTC currency, order status, user information, order ID, time.

• Data list: Query the off-exchange transaction information in reverse order of time in the data list.

• Chat information-View: The administrator can view the OTC transaction order chat information to facilitate the processing of OTC appeals.

• Rollback Order Status: The "Rollback Order Status" button mainly prevents users from performing no operations during off-exchange transactions, resulting in transactions not performing normally. Management can click the "Rollback Order Status" button to return the transaction to the normal transaction page. For example, if the user buys coins off-site, he has clicked "Cancel Order" or other operations have terminated the operation of "Confirmed Payment" after the transfer has been made, resulting in the failure of the merchant to make coins. If he clicks the "Rollback Order Status" button After that, the front desk transaction will revert to the payment confirmation page, and the user can submit the "payment confirmation" again.
