2 THINGS TO NOTE:

  1. Withdrawal fees paid by your users (The Customer)

  2. Gas fees paid by you (The Exchange)

Every time a withdrawal occur; your users (The Customer) will have to pay for withdrawal fees (which you can set from the backend: how much they should be paying), and you (The Exchange) has to pay for gas fees.

We recommend Exchanges to set the withdrawal fee such that it will cover your own expense (gas fee).

As the system would deduct withdrawal fees from the same token/ currency. Kindly ensure that each token/ currency is well funded in the backend so that the system can fulfil your customer's withdrawal request smoothly.

Example: Customer A withdraws 10 ETH

Customer A pays 0.25 ETH for withdrawal fees (deduct from user's account)
The Exchange pays 0.20 ETH for gas fees (deducted from backend account)

STEP 2:
Transfer the funds from the UID (user frontend account) to the backend merchant account by selecting the respective token/ currency

Step 3:
Transfer the funds of the respective token/ currency into Company Withdrawal
