By setting up the reminders on this page, it allows the system to notify you whenever a particular function in the system requires your attention.
Toggle the switches to enable reminder for the various events
Blue - Enabled // Grey - Disabled
You will also be able to set the reminder preference such as the time you would like to receive reminder from and the frequnecy (number of times you would like the system to remind you) as well as the language you would like to receive such notification from
Lastly, please include the respective mobile numbers and emails that you or your team would like to receive the selected notification.
Phone
1. Choose the country code, key in the mobile number and select the "Add" button
2. To add multiple number seperate the numbers with the [ ; ] symbol
1. To add multiple email seperate the email address with the [ ; ] symbol
Once you have all the neccesary information, select the "Submit" button.
