Staking
Section 1: Introduction to different staking projects:

  1. Current Position

Users do not need to pledge any amount to participate in the project to earn the interest. However, he needs to hold the pledge currency in his digital account in order to participate in the project.
For example, the pledge currency and earning currency are USDT. If the users hold 2000 USDT in his digital account and the annual return rate is 10%, his daily return is 2000*10%/365=0.5479USDT.

  1. Pledge currency: The currency that users need to pledge in order to earn any return. In current position projects, users do not need to pledge any amount. However, he needs to hold the currency as required to get any return.
  2. Earning currency: The currency that users will receive as return/interest. If pledge currency and earning currency are different, the return will be calculated using pledge currency and will be transferred to earning currency using the real time exchange rate.
  3. Annual return rate: rate return per year. The daily interest rate will be calculated as annual return rate/365

  1. Pledged dividends

It functions similarly as compared to Current Position. The different is that users do need to deposit the pledge currency in order to earn the return in earning currency.

  1. Total Circulation: The total amount display on the frontend, total amount of currency purchased can be greater than the total circulation.
  2. Maximum total circulation: The total maximum amount that cannot be exceeded. When total amount of currency purchased equals to maximum total circulation, the staking project will be displayed as finished.
  3. Method of income distribution t+1: the return will be calculated from the next day after the amount is pledged. The return will be distributed 2 days after the amount is pledged.

  1. Closed lock position

The participation and purchase can only be made within the subscription period which is between the subscription open time and subscription close time. No purchase is allowed after the subscription is closed. The pledged the amount will be locked after the subscription is closed and the lockup time will start. Return will be calculated during the lockup cycle. During the lockup cycle, users can earn return equals to 【pledged amount * annual return rate/365 * lockup cycle】. Return will be paid after the lockup cycle. For example, if lockup cycle is 30 days, annual return rate = 10% and pledged amount = 2000, return = 2000*10%/365*30=16.4USDT. Please note that users cannot get back the pledged amount during the lockup cycle.

  1. Interest settlement method:

Principal and interest paid on due date: when lockup cycle ends, principal amount and interest will be paid to users together.
Interest paid first, principal paid back on due date: when lockup cycle ends, interest will be paid first, followed by principal amount

  1. Principal release: The way the principal amount is released. Can be released at one time or in batches. If the principal amount is distributed in batches, then information about how many times and number of days between each payment need to be filled in.
  2. Defer principal repayment: If the principal amount cannot be distributed after the lockup cycle, then number of days to defer principal repayment need to be filled in.

  1. Open Periodical

Purchase/subscription can be made once the project is released. Unlike close lock position projects, there is no subscription period for open periodical projects. When subscription amount reaches the maximum total circulation, subscription will be closed. How interest is calculated is the same as clock lock position. The user cannot get back the pledged amount during the lockup cycle.
