Spot Precision = Number of digits in a number for Spot (eg. 23.62378 Precision will be 7)
Fiat Currency Precision = Number of digits in a number for Fiat
C2C Status = Enabling and disabling the currency to be used for customer to customer (P2P, OTC) trading
Exchange Status = Enabling and disabling the currency to be used for the exchange
Fiat Exchange Rate will be refreshed every 10 minutes
