What is the difference between Free Staking and Staking function?
Free Staking (Savings) is a staking feature provided by ChainUp.
Only 3 main tokens (USDT, BTC, ETH) is supported.
The Annualised Rate is fixed by the system which may fluctuate on a weekly basis due to market condition.
Staking is a paid add-on function that allow you to choose the token you want to allow staking.
Whereas when it is your own staking, you have more control, you can set more conditions. The period (is it fixed or flexible), the annualised % you are giving and more.
Free Staking
Latest Annualised % is as such (last updated: 8th September 2022):
• USDT - 5%
• BTC - 2.2%
• ETH - 2.2%
Do note that the adjustments for staking interest rate supported by ChainUp fluctuates on weekly basis (due to market condition) and as a client of ours, you will be informed via announcement in the backend if there is any changes to the rate.
Kindly provide ChainUp with the following information:
1. Annualised percentage that you would like to profit-share with your user
(eg. 70% User 30% to Your Exchange)
2. UID to receive profits from profit-share
Once we have the configuration done internally, you will be able to see this page on your backend.
